Once the candidate is selected, we conduct an orientation program before his departure, where we familiarise them with various, crucial aspects such as the work culture of the prospective organization, industry practices, safety issues, labour laws and other relevant issues, so that the time taken for adjustment in the job is minimal. Complying with the immigration norms as well as regulations of several corporates, we ensure that the candidate is physically fit for the job. For which, we get the medical checkup done at our end and ask the candidate to undertake the relevant tests. A thorough checkup at our end saves significant time and unnecessary complications in a foreign land. We take complete responsibility of the candidate by ensuring that we look into the smallest of the details for the benefit of both, our clients as well as the candidates. With our networking and suitable tie ups, we arrange to and fro tickets, accommodation and complete all the paper work. We also obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the concerned Government Department for the candidates.
